Belper Arts Trail

Belper Arts Trail

5th - 6th May 2019

10.30am - 4.30pm

Belper Town Centre

The Belper Arts Trail returns stronger than ever on 5th and 6th May. With over 120 artists in nearly 60 venues this year promises to be a bonanza. We have a big increase in the number of venues thanks to the Trail's new association with Love Belper, whose independent retailers are a focal point for the Trail.

Once again the main music stage will be in the Memorial Gardens hosted by Graham Marriott and there will be further pop up busk stops dotted around the town. There will be plenty of food and drink available, as well, in the many cafes and in the Memorial Gardens.

Children's entertainment features prominently with the return of Captain Dan and his band of pirates to The Ritz. We are also hosting a workshop for children including poetry reading, painting and music.

Watch out for the Captive Audience statues, intriguing happenings in the streets and lastly, but not least, Adrian Farmer will be doing something different with his Arts and Heritage walk this year.

A fabulous bank holiday weekend for the family and all for only £3 per person.

Brochures will be available from early April at Time and Again and Nourish on King Street and Fleet Arts. On the days of the trail brochures will be available in many locations with the main ticket point on the Market Place.
